I asked for some information about speaker cables and some twenty-something treated me like an idiot for asking a question that wasn’t intelligent enough for his maturing mind. He really made me as a customer feel like an idiot, which is going to hurt the store in the long run if arrogant youth belittle people. However, the assistant store manager was an absolute legend and was super helpful.

Always amazes me how shops can afford to have 5 people standing around talking while customers walk around looking for items, to stand there and stare at your customers when they walk and not even bother to open your mouth really speaks volumes about your priorities. Ive made well over 15 trips to this store and not once had a good customer service experience but some solid advice from an older fella. It will be a good day when altronics expands across Brisbane 👏

Great range, prices as per the catalog and online. Have stock and can advise order times if not. Staff do their best to get you what you need. Offer reasonable advice and service. Parking has been upgraded now and works better. Plenty in there for everyone.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff did an excellent job helping me set up my portable power system today. Be prepared to reverse in/out of tight, but ample on-site carspaces. Highly recommend.

Worst service. Grabbed what I needed and walked upto counter to pay. Older guy walked behind counter looking like he hated the world then opened his computer to check something then turned and walked away without any acknowledgment. Rude as you would ever see. If you like this type of service then these guys are for you.
